WARRANTY & CARE

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty that covers material or manufacturing defects, as well as all hardware on our products. However, please note that natural aging of the leather, such as scratches, marks, patina, or softening, and water damage, as well as misuse or mistreatment of the products, are not covered by the warranty.

If you experience any issues with our product, we are here to help. We offer to repair it and ship it back to you, or reimburse you for the local repair costs. If the product is beyond repair, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. To process a warranty claim, please provide us with the original order number or the name of the purchaser (if bought through our store), or proof of purchase (if bought through a 3rd party authorized retailer).

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs to our repair facility.

Proper care is crucial for any fine vegetable tanned leather product to ensure that it ages beautifully as intended over time.

Leather Care

Our leather is naturally naked, and we refrain from using paint or chemical sealers. This kind of leather is designed to age beautifully over time and develop a unique patina. As a precaution, we recommend avoiding exposure to water when the product is new and shiny. If the product does get wet, we recommend quickly wiping it dry. When leather is new, the oils are near the surface, and leaving water on the surface of a new leather product for an extended period can, in rare cases, leave marks as the water is trapped between the surface of the leather and the oils. This is a common issue with vegetable-tanned leather products that are not heavily chemically processed.

As the product is used and ages, any marks from water will naturally fade away as the leather fully absorbs the water. So, there's no need to worry if your product does get wet.
